In Rees the first 2521 facility of Germany was build. It was also the first international project of 2521 Simply Swimming. The indoor pool is combined with an existing outdoor pool. It is equipped with a 25 by 12,5 meters pool and has an adjustable floor.

By changing the landscape and locating certain technical rooms beneath the ground level, the swimming hall is directly connected to the outdoor patio and surrounding green areas.
