The consortium Cordeel-Farys-Hellebrekers-Slangen+Koenis was granted DBFMO for 30-years by using the 2521 concept. It resulted in a beautiful new 2521 facility with an 8-lanes 25 meter pool a fitness area and recreational pools and amenities.

The facility is located in the Scheldepark, on the banks of the river Schelde and just outside the historic city centre of Temse.
